How does InterviewRise work?
Add or paste your CV and a job description, then InterviewRise creates tailored mock interview questions. You can practise using audio or video, review your transcript and receive personalised AI-assisted feedback.
Can I import my CV or job description?
Yes. InterviewRise supports importing PDF, Word and TXT documents as well as pasting text. The document is processed to extract readable text, which appears in the app so you can review or edit it before building your interview. If import does not work for a particular file, you can paste the text instead.
What is included for free?
InterviewRise includes one free interview question. Eligible free users may also be offered one rewarded ad to unlock an additional question.
What does InterviewRise Pro include?
InterviewRise Pro unlocks the full 7-question mock interview experience, detailed AI-assisted feedback, retries, new question sets, video and audio practice, final interview reports, Presentation & Delivery analysis for video responses, and an ad-free experience.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
InterviewRise Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. You can manage or cancel it from your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use the Restore Purchases option on the InterviewRise paywall. Make sure you are signed in to the Apple ID originally used for the purchase.
Why do I need camera or microphone permission?
The microphone is used when you choose to record practice answers so they can be transcribed and analysed for personalised interview feedback. The camera is used when you choose video practice so InterviewRise can analyse camera engagement, posture and delivery.
How is my information handled?
Please read the InterviewRise Privacy Policy for details about CVs, imported documents, job descriptions, recordings, transcripts, AI processing, advertising, subscriptions and data requests.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Email support@interviewreadyai.app and tell us you would like to request deletion of information associated with your use of InterviewRise.
